How much is the shipping?

The shipping price varies depending on the location and shipping method you choose.

For Spain:

  • Ordinary: € 5
  • Express : € 7

*Important: For orders over € 50, is Free of charge. (Spain - Peninsular only)

For Portugal:

  • Ordinary: € 7
  • Express : € 9

For the Canary Islands:

  • Ordinary: € 7

For the rest of countries we deliver:

How long does one have to wait on an order?

Depending on your area and / or country and the shipping method, your order will have a duration or another.

Below, we explain in detail:

For Spain:

  • Normal delivery: From 2 to 3 business days, therefore, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, are not included
  • Shipping Express Mail: From 24 to 48 hours (depending on the zone), Please consider that if your order is placed close to the weekend, the delivery time will vary, since Saturdays and Sundays are not included.
  • Canary Islands: Because the package must go through customs control, the delivery duration may vary. Generally, the approximate duration is 6 to 10 business days, since we send (as long as there is no problem). Remember! Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, are not counted.

For Portugal:

  • Normal delivery: 3-4 business days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted.
  • Shipping Express Mail: From 48h / 72h, it must be taken into account that if your order is placed close to the weekend, the delivery time may vary, since Saturdays and Sundays are not counted

For the rest of countries we deliver:

Normal delivery: from 3 to 6 business days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted.

* The days may vary depending on the type of carrier that is available for your country and/or area.

  • Shipments with UPS: from 2 to 5 days.
  • Mailings: from 4 to 10 days.
  • Zeleris shipments: from 2 to 5 days.

For the Islands of Italy, there may be variation in the delivery days.

For UK: Special conditions

The delivery duration may vary from days, depending on the type of carrier that is available for your country and/or area.

  • Shipping with UPS, from 5 to 10 days.
  • Shipping with POST, from 10 to 15 days.

*Important for all destinations:

If an order is made after courier business hours, it will only be shipped the next day.

How can I check the status of my order?

In order to check the status of your order, we provide you with your shipping number (either via email and / or SMS), which you must enter in the "SHIPPING LOCATOR" tab, which can be found both on the Correos website and on the Express Mail (depending on the shipping method you have chosen).

The shipping number is a long number with letters at the beginning, numbers below and one or two letters at the end (depending on the country of destination).

 

Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?

Unfortunately there are no deliveries to Ceuta and Melilla yet.

Shipments are made to the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands.

Are orders made for all countries?

At times the countries for which we ship are: Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, UK, Germany, Switzerland and Sweden for the rest of the countries, please contact us.

Returns allowed?

Of course! As long as it is within the exchange period and the garments are in the state as we sent it to you (it must contain the hanging label, the label where the size appears, no stains, not be broken, not have worn it )

The exchange period is 7 days after your order has arrived.

You must notify us as soon as possible, in order to explain the steps to follow in your return and also, inform us if you want to exchange it for another part or simply want your money back.
