The delivery time is 48/72 hours for orders placed before 12 noon on working days.
For orders placed after 12 noon, an additional 24 hours is counted.
We are not responsible for delays suffered by the transport company.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Whoops! Have you received your order and need a size bigger? Have you tried the bikini on and you don't like how it looks on you?
First of all, do not be sad about it, there is a solution ... You just have to follow these simple steps:
- Let us know within a maximum period of 7 days by email to email@example.com (changes and returns that have not been communicated by email within the indicated period, will not be accepted).
- Go to your nearest post office and send the item(s) back to us. Important: It is essential that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are in perfect condition, with the label attached and in its original packaging.
- The return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
If it is a return, as soon as we receive the item(s) and we verify that they are in perfect condition with the label attached and within the return period, we will refund you the money same way you made the payment when you purchased the product.
If it is an exchange and we do not have the item you need, we will still refund you the money. Please note we only refund the amount of the item(s), we do not refund the shipping costs.
We reserve the right to reject any returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or any items that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.
