DELIVERY PERIOD

Delivery time is 48/72 hours for orders placed before 12 noon on working days.

For orders placed after 12 noon, an additional 24 hours will be counted.

We are not responsible for delays suffered by the transport company.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Wow, you have received your order and you need one size more?
Have you tried on a bikini and don't like the way it fits?

First of all, don't be sad about it, there is a solution... Just follow these steps:

1. Please let us know within 7 days by email at espana@dubrazilbikinis.com (exchanges and returns that have not been communicated by email within the specified period will not be accepted).
2. Go to your nearest post office and send the item/s back to us. Important: It is essential that the item(s) to be returned or exchanged are in perfect condition, with the label and in their original packaging.
3. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

RETURN

If it is a return, as soon as we receive the item(s) and we check that they are in perfect condition with a label and within the return period, we will refund the money by the same means by which you made the payment.

CHANGE

If it is an exchange and we do not have the item you need, we will still refund your money. We only refund the amount of the item(s), we do not refund the shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
