How do I find my size in the articles?

After browsing through the sections, click on the desired product. On the next page, you will find detailed information about it and our section "Size guide".  which contains "tips" to help you identify your ideal size.

Are all items available in stock?

The vast majority of our items are in stock. We strive to keep our website as up to date as possible. However, we do not guarantee that any item will be in stock at the time you place your order. We will notify you by email the next business day of any items that are backordered or out of stock. This may delay the processing of your order until we receive your response.

What forms of payment are accepted?

The payment methods described in this document are subject to change without notice. For purchases in our Du Brazil Bikinis shop, we accept credit cards issued in Spain (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron), PayPal and cash on delivery. Your credit card will be charged at checkout.

Can I cancel, remove or add items to my order?

You can request cancellation only if the goods have not been shipped. To find out if the goods have been shipped, please go to the section "My Account. If the order has a status of "Shipped", we will no longer be able to cancel it. If it has not yet been shipped, please contact us by email, online chat or mobile, with details of the part you wish to remove or replace, the reference of the new product of interest to verify the possibility. But beware: substitutions can only be made for products of equal or lesser value. And if in the period between your enquiry about the status of the order and the receipt of your cancellation request the order is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You will not be able to include items in your order, only replace them, in case the order has not yet been shipped.

Shipping

How do I know when my parcel will arrive?

Delivery times are 48/72 hours for orders placed before 12 noon on working days. For orders placed after 12 noon, an additional 24 hours will be counted.
Shipments since they are deposited at the post office on weekends, SATURDAY and SUNDAY do not count.

How can I track my order?

Once the carrier collects the package, the carrier will send you a tracking code. We are not responsible for any delays suffered by the carrier.

How do I calculate the shipping costs?

We have flat rate shipping rates. There is a flat postal rate for orders within the peninsula. There is a different flat rate for Balearic, Canary Islands and international orders, those outside Spain.

Return and exchange policy

Can I exchange or return a part?

To return or exchange a part you must send an email to espana@dubrazilbikinis.com within a maximum period of 7 days (exchanges and returns that have not been communicated by email within this period will not be accepted).
Go to your nearest post office and send the item back to us. Important: It is imperative that the item to be returned or exchanged is in perfect condition, with the
label and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Returns

If it is a return, as soon as we receive the item and check that it is in perfect condition with a label and within the return period, we will refund your money by the same means by which you made the payment.

Change

If it is an exchange and we do not have the item you need, we will still refund your money. We only refund the amount of the item, we do not refund the shipping costs.

How long does it take to exchange or return?

Exchanges usually take 5-10 working days to process. If all information is not included in the package or is incorrect, this process will take longer.
If you have requested a refund, please allow 6 to 8 working days for the money to appear in your account.

Who pays the shipping costs for exchanging or returning the item?

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Du Brazil Bikinis is not responsible for any shipping costs after the initial shipment of the item.
